6 events to celebrate Independence Day in the Lake Travis, Westlake area 

The celebration in Rollingwood will offer a parade along Rollingwood Drive, followed by food, games and a raffle at Rollingwood Park.

The event will offer over 40 vendors, live music performances, fair rides, water games, face painting and more. A fireworks display will begin after sunset.

Individuals can celebrate the special holiday at the 48th annual event with performances from local musicians, a taco eating contest and a fireworks show. The Austin Symphony Orchestra will perform ahead of the fireworks display, which is set to begin at 9:30 p.m.

The swimming and camping site in Spicewood will put on a fireworks show starting at dusk. Those interested in attending can enter the park during the day and stick around for the show, or show up in the evening to find a space in the parking lot for viewing.
