The Lake Travis Community Library Bookmobile celebrates 10 years of providing books, mobile hotspots and other library services to the Lake Travis community.
The overview
The bookmobile, a “library on wheels,” stops at various locations throughout Lake Travis including preschools, assisted living facilities, RV parks, food pantries and neighborhoods to provide mobile library services and deliver requested materials.
The bookmobile has also seen over fifty volunteers in its decade of service, contributing the equivalent of more than seven months of total volunteer service, according to a press release from the Lake Travis Community Library.
