Construction on Groves Apartments, a new development in Humble by real estate firm RK Properties, is expected to begin in April, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filling.

The approximately $60 million, 388,000-square-foot apartment complex will consist of 12 three-story buildings with a total of 336 units, according to the filing. Additionally, the complex will feature detached garages, a clubhouse and a fitness center.
