Streets and mobility infrastructure projects: $369,218,300 to find infrastructure improvements under the following categories: arterials, established coorridors, neighborhood streets, bridge rehabilitation, street lights, intersections, traffic signals, neighborhood/school safety, sidewalks, bicycle facilities, railroad crossings, safety/mobility and grade separate railroad crossings.

Park and recreation improvements: $123,955,300 to fund parks and recreation improvements, including specific facilities, neighborhood parks and trails.

A new library: $12,505,200 to fund land acquisition, design and construction of a library in far northwest Fort Worth.

Police and fire public safety facilities: $39,321,000 to fund construction of two new fire stations to replace Station No. 37 and Station No. 16 and to build a headquarters for the Northwest Patrol Division.

Natural area and open space conservation: $15 million to buy and improve land citywide for open space.

To amend the city charter to provide that the mayor's annual pay shall be half of the average annual base-rate salary for all city department heads and that the other city council members' annual pay shall be half of the average annual base-rate salary for all city assistant department heads starting Oct. 1, 2022

To amend the city charter to add language explicitly stating that metes and bounds descriptions are not necessary when the city council district boundaries are revised due to population changes based on recent census data.

To amend the charter to delete references to certain appointees and employees having the option to request a city council public hearing regarding their removal.

To amend the city charter to increase the city secretary's time for reviewing voter-submitted petitions from 10 days to 25 days.

To amend the city charter to remove the assessment and collection of taxes as a duty of the department of finance to reflect that the current practice of assessing and collecting all taxes, including special assessments, is performed by the county.

To delete Chapter XV of the city charter in its entirety since the functions of a health department are performed by Tarrant County instead of the city.

To amend the city charter to reduce the required newspaper publications for the sale of certain property from once a week for four weeks to one time with a requirement that notice also be placed and remain on the city's webpage for the four weeks preceding the sale.

To amend the city charter to clarify that the city is not required to assess owners of abutting property for the cost of construction of sidewalks and curbs and that the city may directly pay such costs itself.

To amend the city charter to provide that the tax assessor-collector shall provide a list of assessments of real and personal property to the city council in accordance with deadlines established under state law.

To delete Section 6 of Chapter XXVI of the city charter, which requires public service corporations to file an annual report.

To amend the city charter to allow the official advertising contract to have a term longer than one year.

To amend the city charter to delete outdated language and to reflect that an annexation election will be called and conducted in accordance with state law and may be conducted directly by the city or by county election officials contracted by the city with voters to mark ballot to indicate their selection.

To amend the city charter to clarify that the independent auditor's duties consist of auditing records and expressing an opinion on the annual comprehensive financial report and single audit and to remove requirement for physically printed copies.

Shall Section 3.04(1) of the City Home-Rule Charter, entitled “Mayor and Mayor Pro-Tem” be amended to authorize the Mayor to vote on all matters coming before the City Council?

Shall Section 3.05(4) of the City Home-Rule Charter, entitled “Vacancies, Forfeiture and Filling of Vacancies” be amended to provide that if there is a vacancy in the office of Mayor when less than twelve (12) months remains in the unexpired term, the remaining City Council members may appoint one of its members by majority vote of City Council to serve the remainder of said term?

The termination of the Roanoke Community and Economic Development Corporation, a Type B economic development corporation and local sales and use tax at a rate of one-half of one percent, contingent upon the eligible voters of the proposed City of Roanoke Crime Control and Prevention District, which comprises the City of Roanoke, Texas, approving a ballot proposition authorizing the creation of the City of Roanoke Crime Control and Prevention District dedicated to crime reduction programs and the adoption of a proposed local sales and use tax at a rate of one-half of one percent.

The constitutional amendment authorizing the Legislature to provide for the reduction of the amount of a limitation on the total amount of ad valorem taxes that may be imposed for general elementary and secondary public school purposes on the residence homestead of a person who is elderly or disabled to reflect any statutory reduction from the preceding tax year in the maximum compressed rate of the maintenance and operations taxes imposed for those purposes on the homestead.

The constitutional amendment increasing the amount of the residence homestead exemption from ad valorem taxation for public school purposes from $25,000 to $40,000.

Whether the Town of Trophy Club Crime Control and Prevention District should be continued for 20 years and the crime control prevention district sales tax should be continued for 20 years

The reauthorization of the local sales and use tax in the Town of Trophy Club at the rate of one-fourth of one percent (0.25%) to continue providing revenue for maintenance and repair of municipal streets. The tax expires on the 4th anniversary of the date of this election unless the imposition of the tax is reauthorized
