McAlister’s Deli is one of four restaurants set to open up shop in The Shops at Keller Marketplace, a new development on Keller Parkway, according to previous reporting.
The TDLR filing shows construction is expected to wrap up June 14 and will include the tenant build-out of the 2,353-square-foot new space.

Keller City Council approved The Shops at Keller Marketplace during its April 15, 2025, meeting.
According to a city news release, it features six tenants across two buildings, including McAlister’s Deli, First Watch and Mo’ Bettahs.
