Mo’ Bettahs, a Hawaiian island barbecue restaurant featuring authentic dishes that incorporate flavors from Asian and Filipino cuisines, will open in a new shopping center called The Shops at Keller Marketplace.
In a nutshell
The company's website states the restaurant offers traditional plate lunches, featuring a choice of meats—grilled teriyaki chicken or steak, kalua pig, pulehu chicken, katsu chicken or shrimp tempura—paired with macaroni salad and steamed rice.
The Keller City Council approved The Shops at Keller Marketplace during its April 15 meeting. According to a city news release, it features six tenants across two buildings.
