First Watch newest restaurant to announce opening in new Keller development

First Watch will serve breakfast classics and specials in the upcoming Shops at Keller Marketplace development along Keller Parkway.

In a nutshell

According to the company website, the daytime dining concept serves made-to-order breakfast, brunch and lunch. The menu rotates five times throughout the year and includes dishes such as:

• Quinoa power bowl
• Lemon ricotta pancakes
• Chickichanga
• Million dollar bacon

The backstory

The Keller City Council approved The Shops at Keller Marketplace during its April 15 meeting. According to a city news release, it features six tenants across two buildings.

Besides First Watch, other restaurant tenants include Mo’ Bettahs and McAlister’s Deli. A fourth restaurant has not been named.

First Watch operates over 570 locations across 30 states and was founded in 1983.
