Cristina’s Fine Mexican Restaurant is family-owned and offers a variety of Mexican dishes like tortilla soup, enchiladas, fajitas, flautas and more.
Founder Arturo Vargas worked his way up from being a dishwasher and busboy when he arrived to the United States to eventually opening multiple Cristina’s locations in North Texas with his wife, according to a City of Keller social media post. The business, named after one of their six children, is now being led by the children of Vargas in Keller.
