The facility provides annual physicals, immunizations and prescription refills, according to its website.

Dr. Beau Ellenbecker, a board-certified family physician, will serve patients alongside board-certified family medicine practitioner Dr. Ellie Elnaz Rogers, board-certified family physician Christopher Breuder and certified physician assistant Alisandra M. Dirickson.

Ellenbecker said the idea for the facility came to him 13 years ago while he was serving in the U.S. military in Afghanistan., Community Impact previously reported.

Baylor Scott & White will hold their ribbon cutting with the Metroport Chamber on Feb. 5.
