There is a new car dealership in the Alliance area of Fort Worth.

The backstory

Alliance Hyundai sells new and used gas and hybrid vehicles and also provides home delivery options, according to its website.

The project was filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation on June 21, 2022. The 70,095-square-foot building had an estimated cost of $12 million.

Praxis 3, from Atlanta, handled the design. According to owner Ryan Stancill’s LinkedIn page, the facility includes a second-level rooftop vehicle display area and a second-level interior vehicle display area.
