The Fort Worth-based ownership group behind Keller Tavern announced the upcoming acquisition of the former Chop Shop Live property in downtown Roanoke. The group will transform the property into three new concepts: Roanoke Live, Roanoke Tavern and Café Republic.
The details
According to the news release, the investment group—composed of business partners Cary Moon, David DeWald and Greg Polson—will enhance the 7,000-square-foot building and its adjacent 10,000-square-foot outdoor venue. The building will be split into two distinct leasehold spaces, including:
- Roanoke Tavern - a place to watch sports and gather with friends
- Café Republic - a breakfast and lunch concept
