KB Home announced the grand opening of a new single-family home community in Katy called Enclave at Bear Creek Dec. 9.
The one- and two-story floor plans feature up to five bedrooms and three baths and range in size from approximately 1,000 to 2,600 square feet, according to a press release. Pricing begins in the $230,000s. Enclave at Bear Creek is zoned for Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District.
Buyers can personalize the houses’ floor plans, exterior styles and other design choices. Every home is also designed to be Energy Star certified.
Model homes are now open, and walk-in visits and private in-person or live video tours by appointment are available through the Enclave at Bear Creek’s sales office.
