Dallas-based Wilbow Corp. is expanding its sights to Houston with its first development in north Katy.
The gist
Bergamo, a 71.5-acre master-planned community, will bring 259 single-family homes to Stockdick School Road, the Wilbow Corp. announced in a July 23 news release. The developer broke ground on Phase 1 in early July.
The details
Phase 1 will feature 124 homes by homebuilder Ashton Woods, while Phase 2 will bring 135 homes, according to the community website.
Additionally, the community will feature numerous amenities, including:
“North Katy is the perfect place for Wilbow’s entrance into the Greater Houston market,” Wilbow Corp. President Jason Massey said in the release. “We’ve thoughtfully designed the property and amenities to meet the needs and desires of residents coming to the area.”
