SomiSomi Soft Serve & Taiyaki will open a store inside the Katy Grand development at 23330 Grand Circle Blvd., Ste. 150, according to its website. It is expected to open by the second quarter of 2019, Rebecca Le, the development’s broker, said in an email. The brand serves Korean-inspired soft serve ice cream with fillings and toppings inside a fish-shaped cone.
