Ooh La La owner Vanessa O’Donnell opened the Park Row location in 2009, just two years after launching the company’s flagship Cinco Ranch location.
“We chose [Park Row] with a commissary kitchen in mind. Think grab and go,” O’Donnell said. “All of our larger custom orders for delivery come out of this location.”
