Memorial Hermann officials gathered in Katy on Nov. 5 for a groundbreaking ceremony for the health care system's third Convenient Care Center.
The $19.1 million, 30,000-square-foot facility at 22430 Grand Corner Drive is scheduled to open in the spring. The center will house primary care physicians—adult and pediatric—lab services, imaging, a 24-hour emergency room, sports medicine and rehabilitation, and more.
Texas Congressman Pete Olson, hours after winning re-election to his seat in the 22nd District, attended the groundbreaking and lauded the addition of another health care facility to the city that is experiencing a rapid increase in population.
