The owner of Tiffany's Tiny Flower Truck held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to commemorate the official grand opening of her flower shop in Fulshear on Sept. 28.

The business will host classes and events, such as chocolate making, macrame, boutique building and floral drawing.

Tiffany's Tiny Flower Truck also has a subscription bouquet service, where locally grown and imported blooms are hand-tied and put in a vase and delivered monthly or semimonthly.
