A new home studio has opened in Weston Lakes aimed at helping Fulshear residents shine in creative arts.
“We wanted to build a supportive, professional and super fun place right here in Fulshear because this warm, tight-knit community is full of incredible talent,” said Nicole Warren, who co-owns the business with Jaime “Venum” Burgos.
What they offer
The business aims to help young residents make their break into the entertainment industry, Warren said.

Even if they don’t pursue Hollywood, the skills they build here—confidence, teamwork, creativity—will last a lifetime.”
Meet the owners
Warren navigated Hollywood for her son Gavin, who has worked in the industry from a young age, acting alongside stars including Ryan Gosling and Zachary Levi, while Burgos is a dancer who has toured with Justin Bieber and Janet Jackson.
Burgos also appeared in “Step Up” and on “Dancing with the Stars.”
