Pier 36 Seafood Restaurant and Oyster Bar is expected to open a new location at 8502 FM 359, Fulshear, in June. The local seafood eatery specializes in authentic, fresh seafood, with popular menu items such as the Gulf fish and shrimp and domestic catfish. Owner Jimmy Cantu said plans for the new Fulshear location are underway, with permitting and build-out of the location still to be complete. Cantu said the Fulshear location will start with the same menu as the Richmond location, and a grand opening will be planned once a soft opening is held. www.pier36seafood.com
