Milkcow, a South Korean soft-serve chain, opened Dec. 6 at 1511 S. Mason Road in Katy. The new location is the first Texas location for the dessert restaurant. The dessert shop serves organic soft-serve ice cream topped with Italian syrups and other toppings. Other menu items include homemade cakes, hot chocolate and teas.
