Lifetime Learners Child Development Center broke ground in early April at 3001 Kingsland Blvd. in Brookshire near Bryant Elementary. This will be the family-owned children’s center’s second location and is expected to open this fall. Dana and Darrell Legarde run with business with Dana’s parents Tim and Roxanna Jones. Dana holds a master’s degree in early childhood development. The business offers care and tutoring services to children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
