Kokai Sushi and Lounge opened its second U.S. location on Nov. 5 at 2404 Texmati Drive, Katy. The restaurant serves Japanese food with Latin American flavors, the owner said. The menu includes sushi items, teppanyaki dishes and appetizers such as edamame, pork dumplings, soup and salad.
