Harris County Toll Road Authority waives tolls in wake of Imelda flooding

The Harris County Toll Road Authority announced it is waiving tolls on some roadways due to weather conditions from Tropical Depression Imelda.

As of 4:20 p.m., these include:

  • Hardy Toll Road

  • Northeast Sam Houston Tollway between Hwy. 59 and Hwy. 90

  • Sam Houston Tollway Central south of Hwy. 290

  • Sam Houston Tollway South below I-10

  • Sam Houston Tollway West between Hwy. 290 and Bellaire
