Toss out your old drugs: Friendswood and Pearland are participating in National Prescription Drug Take Back Day on Saturday. All unused or expired prescription or over-the-counter medications are accepted. Liquids or needles are not accepted.

Support a nonprofit at a fashion show: Life Skills House is hosting its fourth annual Rags to Riches Style Show, “A Mother’s Day Celebration.” Proceeds from the event go to Life Skills House. 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Child tickets are $10, and adult tickets are $25.
