Watch for these lane closures on Hwy. 249 this week, Sept. 25-29

As construction continues on Hwy. 249 in Tomball, drivers should note these lane closures, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.

One northbound frontage lane is closed between Brown Road and the Spring Creek bridge in Tomball from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. daily from Monday, Sept. 25, to Friday, Sept. 29.
The northbound frontage road is closed at Hicks Road from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. daily from Monday, Sept. 25, to Wednesday, Sept. 27. To detour, drivers can follow Hicks Road to Quinn Road, turn left on Brown Road and continue left onto Hwy. 249.
