Harris County Precinct 3 is reconstructing the two-lane asphalt Holderrieth Road in Tomball between Hwy. 249 and just west of Hufsmith-Kohrville Road. The project will upgrade Holderrieth Road to a four-lane concrete boulevard to improve safety, increase capacity for vehicle travel and improve drainage.
