FM 2978 widening
The project to widen FM 2978 from FM 1488 south to near Hardin Store Road, was 97% complete as of TxDOT’s Feb. 7 update. The project will widen the stretch of road from two lanes to four. The project had previously been delayed and expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2021.
Cost: $22.79 million
