A joint project between Harris County precincts 3 and 4 on Cypress-Rosehill Road from Seidel Cemetery Road to 1,500 feet north of FM 2920 includes extending the road to a four-lane boulevard and transitioning it into Decker Prairie-Rosehill Road. The remaining work includes finishing asphalt transitions at the north end of Waller-Tomball Road.
