Hwy. 249 northbound to close nightly Feb. 26-29

Part of Hwy. 249 northbound in Pinehurst will be closed nightly from Wednesday, Feb. 26, to Saturday, Feb. 29, according to the Texas Department of Transportation and Houston TranStar database.

A total closure of the northbound lanes between Rollingwood Street and Goodson Loop is scheduled from 9 p.m.-5 a.m. nightly. Detour signs will be posted.


As of publication, northbound lanes are also expected to be closed between Rollingwood Street and Baltzell Drive in Pinehurst from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Feb. 29 and March 1.
