Total closure of Hwy. 249 northbound in Pinehurst set for Nov. 24-25

Hwy. 249 northbound from Rollingwood Street to Circle Lake Drive in Magnolia will be totally closed from 5 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, to 5 a.m. Monday, Nov. 25, according to the Texas Department of Transportation and Houston TranStar database. Detour signs will be posted, and officers will be on-site to manage traffic.



Additional weekend closures on Hwy. 249 include:

  • Two alternate lanes of the northbound frontage road from FM 2920 to Spring Creek will be closed nightly 10 p.m.-5 a.m. through the morning of Saturday, Nov. 23.

  • Two alternate lanes of the southbound frontage road from Spring Creek to FM 2920 will be closed nightly 10 p.m.-5 a.m. through Wednesday, Nov. 27.
