Harris County Precinct 4 is working on a project to widen Spring Cypress Road to a six-lane concrete boulevard section between Hwy. 249 and 800 feet east of Hufsmith-Kohrville Road in Tomball. This project falls within Precinct 4’s Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality joint participation project with the Texas Department of Transportation, said Pamela Rocchi, the director of Precinct 4’s capital improvement projects division.
