3. The $4.7 million widening of Hufsmith-Kohrville Road from two to four lanes between Mahaffey Road and FM 2920 in Tomball was expected to be complete March 1, Harris County Precinct 4 officials said. The project adds a traffic signal at Mahaffey Road.
