Construction on Holderrieth Road to begin early this year


Harris County Precinct 4 is working to extend Holderrieth Road as a four-lane roadway between Hwy. 249 and Calvert Road in Tomball, which is estimated to cost $6 million. The construction project was awarded to Unitas Construction in November. Additional segments of the project will widen the existing roadway between Hwy. 249 and Hufsmith-Kohrville Road and extend the roadway east to the Grand Parkway at Champion Forest Drive. According to Precinct 4 officials, the project is estimated to take 10 months to construct from Hwy. 249 to Calvert Road.
