Of the homes that sold in April in Tomball and Magnolia, 64.9% of them were priced between $250,000-$499,999.
Also of noteIn three of the five ZIP codes in the Tomball and Magnolia area, the average time homes spent on the market decreased year over year in April. The ZIP code 77375 saw the largest percentage decrease of -23.68%—with homes going from spending an average of 76 days to an average of 58 days on the market.
