In three of the five Tomball and Magnolia-area ZIP codes, the median home price saw a decrease year over year in January. 77377 saw the largest percentage decrease of 12.34%—going from $417,491 to $365,990.
Of the homes that sold in January in Tomball and Magnolia, 71.8% of them were priced between $250,000-$499,999.
Also of noteIn three of the five ZIP codes in the Tomball and Magnolia area, the average time homes spent on the market increased year over year in January. The ZIP code 77377 saw the largest percentage increase of 38.24%—with homes going from spending an average of 68 days to an average of 94 days on the market.
