In three of the five Tomball and Magnolia-area ZIP codes, the median home price saw an increase year over year in November. 77362 saw the largest percentage increase of 19.57%—going from $294,700 to $352,380.
Of the homes that sold in November in Tomball and Magnolia, 68.6% of them were priced between $250,000-$499,999.
Also of noteIn four out of the five ZIP codes in the Tomball and Magnolia area, the average time homes spent on the market rose year over year in November. The ZIP code 77362 saw the largest percentage increase of 70.37%, with homes going from spending an average of 27 days to an average of 46 days on the market.
