In four of the five Tomball and Magnolia-area ZIP codes, the median home price saw an increase year over year in October. 77362 saw the largest increase of 26.45%—going from $285,000 to $360,370.
Of the homes that sold in October in Tomball and Magnolia, 66.11% of them were priced between $250,000-$499,999.
Also of noteIn all five ZIP codes in the Tomball and Magnolia area, the average time homes spent on the market increased year over year in October. The ZIP code 77354 saw the largest increase, with homes going from spending an average of 69 days to an average of 104 days on the market.
