Homes in Tomball, Magnolia and Pinehurst stayed on the market for fewer days in February year over year in all but two ZIP codes; 77355 in Magnolia and 77362 in Pinehurst.

The greatest number of home sales took place for homes totaling between $250,000 and $499,999 in February, which was consistent with the trend in recent months.
