The median home sales price in January year over year increased in the Tomball and Magnolia ZIP codes 77354, 77355 and 77377, while they declined in the Pinehurst ZIP code 77362 and Tomball ZIP code 77375.

Homes in Tomball, Magnolia and Pinehurst stayed on the market longer in January year over year in all but one Tomball ZIP code, 77375, which saw homes remain constant.

The greatest number of home sales took place for homes totaling between $250,000 and $499,999 in January, which was consistent with the trend in recent months.
