As fewer homes were sold, the market saw the median home sales price increase year over year. The median home sales price in November year over year declined in Pinehurst ZIP code 77362 while other local ZIP codes saw the home sales price increase year over year.
As such, homes in the Tomball and Magnolia area stayed on the market longer in November year over year in all but Tomball ZIP code 77377 and Pinehurst ZIP code 77362, which saw homes move quicker on the market.
The greatest number of home sales took place for homes totaling between $250,000 and $499,999 in November, which was consistent with the trend the prior two months.
