Data also shows home sales prices rose year over year in August in Tomball and Magnolia except for in Pinehurst ZIP code 77362, seeing the median home sales price decline 23.73% year over year.
However, the trend fluctuated by ZIP code year over year for the number of homes sold in August. The number remained flat in Magnolia ZIP code 77355, for example.
Data shows the greatest number of home sales took place for homes priced between $250,000 and $499,999 in August.
