The Harris County Precinct 4 project will add a secondary access road and traffic signal into Burroughs Park from Hufsmith Road as well as widen Hufsmith between the park and Lakes at Creekside Drive to a three-lane asphalt pavement section, Precinct 4 officials said. County officials plan to seek construction bids in the second quarter of 2019 for the project.
