- Mueschke Road widening
According to Harris County Precinct 3, the project to widen Mueschke Road between Juergen Road and the Grand Parkway from two to four lanes was completed in March. This project was originally scheduled to be complete by the end of 2017.

2. Cypress Rosehill Road widening
The project widens Cypress Rosehill Road from two to four lanes between the Grand Parkway and Seidel Cemetery Road in the Tomball area. Randy Schilhab, Harris County Precinct 3 manager of engineering, said the $15 million project is slated to be complete in the fourth quarter of 2018.

3. Hufsmith-Kohrville Road widening
Allgood Construction began work Jan. 29 on widening Hufsmith-Kohrville Road from two asphalt lanes to a four-lane concrete boulevard between Mahaffey Road and FM 2920 in Tomball. The project is funded by Harris County Precinct 4 and is expected to wrap up by late December.

4. Holderrieth Road extensions
Harris County Precinct 4 officials said the county plans to wrap up the study phase for Holderrieth Road segments 2 and 3 in Tomball by the second quarter of 2018. The project will widen Holderrieth Road to four lanes between Hwy. 249 and Hufsmith-Kohrville Road for Segment 2 while Segment 3 extends Holderrieth Road from Hufsmith-Kohrville Road to the Grand Parkway. The project also adds a bridge across Willow Creek in Segment 3.
