Dutch Bros Coffee is coming to 27657 Hwy. 249, Tomball, company representatives confirmed in an email Nov. 23. The shop is in the early stages of construction, according to the company, with a mid-2022 opening date anticipated. This would be the coffee company's first location in Tomball.

With more than 400 locations across 11 states, the Oregon-based drive-thru coffee company serves specialty coffee, smoothies, freezes, teas, a private-label Dutch Bros Blue Rebel energy drink and nitrogen-infused cold brew coffee.

The company recently expanded into the Spring area with three locations that opened this fall, and a location is also on track to open in spring 2022 in Cypress, Community Impact Newspaper previously reported. www.dutchbros.com
