Oregon-based Dutch Bros Coffee is under construction in Cypress Village Station, located at 25250 Hwy. 290, Cypress, according to a news release from NewQuest Properties. Officials said the business is slated to open next spring.
The 863-square-foot kiosk will feature two drive-thru lanes. Dutch Bros has an extensive coffee menu that offers cold brew, mochas, shakes, cocoas, smoothies, teas and quick bites, such as granola bars and muffin tops.
“Dutch Bros will bring a new liveliness to the center by attracting all age groups. We had one pad site left and it’s on the breakfast route for the morning commute,” NewQuest Properties Senior Associate Kevin Sims said in a statement.
Dutch Bros has multiple locations in the Spring area and more planned for the Greater Houston region, according to its website. www.dutchbros.com
