Tiny People University to celebrate one-year anniversary in new facility

Tiny People University, a full-time child care facility that fosters the growth and development of children through play-based learning and discovery, is hosting a grand opening on Sept. 18, owner Nikkia Rivers said. It is also the one-year anniversary of the company's Magnolia facility. Tiny People University opened the location in September 2020 after Rivers operated the company from her home for seven years, she said. Harris County commissioners propose lower tax rates with split vote
