Society of Samaritans reopened its boutique and resale shop at 17661 FM 1488, Magnolia on May 26. The store had been closed for two months prior during renovations, which included new paint, renovated displays and a floor reset. With each dollar made, Society of Samaritans is able to provide three meals for individuals in the community in need. As of June 24, Society of Samaritans has assisted more than 25,000 people throughout the coronavirus pandemic, which equates to 400,000 pounds of food. 281-259-7252. www.societyofsamaritanstx.org
