Willowcreek Ranch, a 750-acre community developed by Caldwell Communities, was named the 2019 Community of the Year by the Greater Houston Builders Association, according to a Nov. 14 news release. The equestrian-themed community features wooded homesites from 1-7 or more acres, a 50-acre lake, and an on-site equestrian center with a covered riding arena and riding trails. Willowcreek Ranch also received the GHBA award for Community Recreation Center of the Year-Developer for its Lakehouse Lodge, according to the release.
