Occupancy for office, industrial and retail properties in the Tomball and Magnolia area held relatively steady year over year as of June 16 with the greatest change seen in industrial vacancy since the second quarter of 2022.
With more than 2.5 million square feet of industrial space under construction locally as of June, this adds to the existing 5.45 million square feet of industrial space in the market.
