The median price of homes sold in each ZIP code increased year over year in April across all six Tomball and Magnolia ZIP codes; the median price of homes sold was at least $320,000, the lowest median home sales price in Magnolia ZIP code 77355. This comes as property appraisals were up this spring in the Tomball and Magnolia areas as well. In addition, the number of homes sold year over year declined in all five ZIP codes locally.
